<p>C-Color that puts you in a good mood</p>
<p>D- Deed (Describe a good deed you did recently)</p>
<p>E-Energy boost (What&#8217;s the song that is guaranteed to give you a nice boost to your mood?)</p>
<p>F- Favorite family moment</p>
<p>G-Grateful for?</p>
<p>H-Happy thought that always puts you in a good mood?</p>
<p>I-Insight (Describe an event that lead to your increased insight into some issue or about you)</p>
<p>J-Joyful (Something you recently read that put a smile on your face)</p>
<p>K-Keeper (What&#8217;s the quality in a friend that let&#8217;s you know they&#8217;re a keeper?)</p>
<p>L-Love (What&#8217;s the way you like to show love towards your family?)</p>
<p>M-Me moment (Describe a moment where you decided to be selfish rather than think of others)</p>
<p>N-“No” that was said despite the desire to say, “Yes”</p>
<p>O-Optimistic about what in your future?</p>
