Healthy Teen Relationships

Your teen is having their first crush. I mean, real crush and you’re feeling a bit…

Jealous?

Admit it, it’s hard because you have someone that you love so much that has now taken the security that you have given them through your love for them and has manifested it as being healthy enough to love someone else; to be vulnerable enough to try and love someone else.

Healthy and love

These are two words that people forget to put together and they are required in order for your teen to love self enough to love someone else. This is later transitioned into being able to parent in an empathic way and giving way.

Healthy love

Relationships work better when two emotionally healthy people are able to AFTER loving self realize they can love someone else in a healthy way. Without this, relationships, all relationships are difficult, challenging and fraught with some level of selfishness, abuse and manipulation.

No one completes your teen like your own teen does. Now that’s the kind of healthy love I’m talkin’ about!
